Altar Guild
Join our dedicated volunteers, whose ministry is to care for the altar vestments, vessels, and altar linens of the parish.
Baby Gift Ministry
The Baby Gift Ministry provides much-needed baby items to women in crisis. Monthly donations are delivered to the Crisis Center in Peoria. The gifts from St Peters and all donors provide relief for moms and necessities for babies. Gifts include disposable diapers, baby wipes, baby clothing, and handmade items.
Community of Hope
COH is a lay ministry providing pastoral care for people both inside and outside the congregation. We are called to be a listening presence and are available to bring Holy Communion, make visits, or simply be a friendly voice on the phone.
Daughters of the King
Join this sisterhood of women as they extend Christ’s kingdom by prayer, service, and evangelism.
Family Promise
Three times a year, volunteer to provide, prepare, and have dinner with the homeless families for one night during the weeklong stay on campus. Help with setting up and breaking down beds is also much appreciated.

I-HELP (Homeless Emergency Lodging Program)
Volunteers help provide a Friday dinner and Saturday breakfast two weekends per month to our guests. We provide shelter, showers, meals, and a listening ear. While meals are important, we also see and recognize our guests as our brothers and sisters, as we are called to do. Won’t you please help us to see and recognize people who are often-times invisible in society by breaking bread and being a listening presence?
The 2023 I-Help Meal Sign Up is now available for those who would like to provide an evening meal or breakfast items for our unhoused guests in the coming year. To see or sign up for the remaining dates in the 2023 I-Help Schedule Google Sheet, please contact one of the ministry leads so they can add your email to the “Share” list. Donations of bedsheets, towels, underwear, and shower products are always welcome.

Music Ministry
St. Peter’s Music Ministry leads the congregation in song at our weekly services using songs from the variety of Episcopal Hymnals in the church and current contemporary songs by leading Christian artists. Music Director Mary Bennett and Cantor/Choir Director Diane Woodyard along with choir and praise band members tailor the music to lend to the different services we have each week.
The Praise Band leads our 5pm Saturday night service with current contemporary songs and classic hits. Please contact Mary Bennett at for more information.
The Chancel Choir leads the music for the 10:00am service on Sunday mornings. We also meet weekly on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm – 8:00pm for rehearsal. Please contact Diane Woodyard at for more information.

This 134-room facility is in a prime location near the V.A. hospital and provides recreational equipment, a pool/spa, and other great amenities.
